The Preparation.

The Search.
Once we know what we’re looking for, we start looking. This includes creating quality job postings, reaching out to members of our network, and actively reaching out to “passive” individuals. We use our experience to navigate the best places to look and the best strategies to implement when searching.
We screen our candidates for technical skills and personality. Once we’ve found the right candidates, we submit them to our clients with detailed summaries and appropriate resumes.
The Placement.
We work with our candidates through the entire interview process to ensure availability and preparedness. We then negotiate salaries, extend offers, and make sure our candidates are ready to start in their new roles.
